The ARC 5k Challenge was developed to raise awareness of Intellectual and other Developmental Disabilities within our community. The run helps fund programs and services to children and adults with disabilites in Schenectady County, Everyone is entitled to the same oportunities and our challenge is to help convey that message to the community.

The R&K 1K Fun Run @ 5:30 p.m.)
5K -$25 registration
1Mile -$5 registration

You can also register by mailing the form to Schenectady ARC, 214 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12305.
Runners, walkers, strollers & wheelchairs welcome! (No pets, other than guide dogs, please.) Babies in strollers are free. Any age can participate. Children who want a medal will need to register.
The 5K race will be chip timed…the 1-Mile races will not be chip timed.
Water & food will be available for race participants at the finish line.
Aid/water stations will be set-up on the courses
Medical personnel will be present throughout the race
